Scotland 2017

Scotland is a rough but beautiful country. While on this photographic journey of a lifetime, we will photograph lakes, beautiful mountains, ancient castles, deep green hills, flocks of sheep, waterfalls and fjords. Program of Scotland workshop

DAY 1 (30. 6. 2017) Journey

Arrival in Edinburgh.! We will pick up cars and move to the nearby town of Stirling. Here we will have an evening photography of an illuminated castle and church.

DAY 2 (1. 7. 2017) Stirling

We will photograph Stirling castle in sunrise light, as well as a local historic bridge and monument. In the afternoon we will travel to the Trossachs Loch Lomond.

DAY 3 (2. 7. 2017) Coast

In the morning we’ll head out of town from Oban to Fort William. There will be some beautiful landscape stops and the first pictures of the castle located on the island.

DAY 4 (3. 7. 2017) Trip to the Isle of Skye

From Fort William, we will continue along the lakes and fjords to the port of Mallaig. Along the way we will photograph a beautiful stone bridge, known from the Harry Potter series, and other incredible landmarks. We’ll take the ferry to move to the Isle of Skye where we will shoot in the garden or Armadele and in and around a beautiful lighthouse.

DAY 5 (4. 7. 2017) Isle of Skye

The first full day on the Isle of Skye, the westernmost point of Scotland, including Lighthouse Point, Dunvegan Castle and seal colonies.

DAY 6 (5. 7. 2017) North part of Skye

On the northern part of the island we will devote time to the rugged landscape. There will Kilt Rocks and the Old Man of Stor.

DAY 7 (6. 7. 2017) Loch Ness

In the morning light we will shoot one of the most beautiful castles, Eilean Donan Castle and visit and photograph Loch Ness.

DAY 8 (7. 7. 2017) the Highlands

We will pass through the Scottish Highlands and stop at a Whiskey distillery. There will also be a visit to Blair Castle Atoll and its beautiful gardens.

DAY 9 (8. 7. 2017) Edinburgh

There will be a final journey to Edinburgh and a stop on Queen’s view, near Dunkeld Cathedral and in the afternoon we will photograph the historic center of Edinburgh.
